I don't get it what is this?

You do comics with your and other peoples characters. And they do the same.
Like, you challange someone to make a comic with yours and their character. And then when you are both done and have submitted em. They get voted on.
And unlike newgrounds it has a good voting system. You rate 3 different things. 1 is the art, 2 is the originality of the story, 3 is the entertainment value.

Reading the forums though, I almost choked when I read,
" NO MS PAINT!!! While there are artists that can do good art in MS Paint, such a spriting etc, I believe it is safe to say that NO GOOD COMIC has ever been done entirely in MS Paint!! It is far too unprofessional, or just plain sloppy! MS Paint submissions are a 99% decline gaurantee! "

Ah well. It looks like great fun anyway. I'll slap together some characters. In some other program, I guess.

I think he means like those webcomics that are either just sketchy crap or sprites re-used over and over. Im quite sure thats it since those things are very common sadly.

But yeah. Even tho I think pixelart is the most fun thing to do artwise. I am gonna make my stuff with a pen and paper. Maybe with some digital coloring. But most likely i will do black and white stuff for the most part.
